Ruby Tuesday Menu: Delivery

Ruby Tuesday Menu will feature its virtual brand Libby’s BBQ’s menu at-premise this summer. Libby’s BBQ entrees were originally created in Ruby Tuesday’s kitchen. It was launched earlier this year as a delivery-only service.

Ruby Tuesday Menu Virtual Brands Heat up

Ruby Tuesday Menu is one of the restaurants that are looking to increase their incremental revenue through virtual brands. In recent months, Dickey’s Barbecue and Muscle Maker Grill, Fazoli’s and Nathan’s Famous, as well as Chuck E. Cheese, Dog Haus, Brinker International and Nathan’s Famous, Craigslist Chico have all launched virtual wings brands. This comes at a time when Americans are increasingly turning to comfort food. Concept Entertainment Group’s online food court concept was awarded the HT Industry Hero Award.

Libby’s BBQ menu features tender, smoked beef brisket or pulled pork. It can also be served as an entree, sandwich, or as a meal. There is also a new BBQ trio with smoked brisket/pulled pork and smoked sausage in one dish. The new menu includes new side options, such as coleslaw, baked beans, potato salad and house-made potato chips. Or, you can choose to have a traditional side like fries or tots.

Guests can enjoy Libby’s BBQ at their local restaurant, or take it home. Ruby TueGo or local delivery partners can order Libby’s BBQ meals.

Ruby Tuesday’s Best Menu Items

Ruby Tuesday is the best option for unlimited salad bars. It can be difficult to navigate the Ruby Tuesday menu if you’re looking to reduce calories or crave salmon. We asked Patricia Bannan (MS, RDN), a nutritionist and health cooking expert based in Los Angeles, to help us understand the variety of options.

Best: House-Baked Soft Pretzels

Rizzo believes that sharing an appetizer among friends is the best way to enjoy it. Rizzo also agrees that House-Baked Soft Pretzels make a great appetizer.

Best: BBQ Chicken Cobb salad

Each of the salad options on Ruby Tuesday’s menu has a high level of salt, so it can be difficult to choose which salad is best. The BBQ Chicken Cobb Salad is the best choice if you are forced to make a decision. It has one of the lowest amounts of fat of any salad, and it also contains a high amount of protein to keep you satisfied throughout the day.
